Forging Elite Fitness Cross Training is a core strength and conditioning program that incorporates constantly-varies, function movements performed at a high intensity. When followed properly, this program produces proven gains in strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, cardio-vascular endurance, accuracy, and stamina, all in 30 minutes or less.

We are athletes, each and every person. We are mothers, sons, teachers, grandmothers, doctors, students, farmers, retired professional athletes, and everything in between. We may look different and we may come from different backgrounds and levels of fitness, but what unites us is our pursuit to be better.
